3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials
You must keep your information up to date
You are responsible for all activity under your account
4. Subscription & Fees
Piddo operates on a subscription-based model
Fees must be paid in advance
Failure to renew may result in suspension
5. Use of the Platform
No illegal or fraudulent activities
No harmful or misleading content
No interference with platform security
6. Store Content & Responsibility
Users are responsible for all products, pricing, and content displayed in their stores.
7. Payments
Piddo may integrate with third-party payment providers. Users are responsible for compliance with those providers.
8. Platform Availability
Piddo aims for 24/7 reliability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
9. Intellectual Property
Piddo owns all platform branding and software. Users retain ownership of their store content.
10. Termination
Piddo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or fail to pay subscription fees.
11. Limitation of Liability
Piddo is not liable for loss of revenue, data, or business interruptions.
12. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Piddo against claims arising from their use of the platform.
13. Changes to Terms
Piddo may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
